Feels like polypropylene to me. Has a blue gasket maybe silicone. The gasket had a tab on it that would block the seal that I cut off. It has 4 screws that may be stainless, time will tell. The soft plastic and 4 screws do not give me great confidence in the IP66 claim. Comes with a 3 pole screw terminal. The cable glands are OK. They are somewhat large.
